Less of a panic phase now that the packing is 90% done. One more load of laundry before the final pack. My short to-do list for Bilbao is set. With less than 48 hours there, and being there on a Monday_is-closed_Museum_day, my focus will be on walks and food. Weather is looking decent. Keeping fingers crossed for a smooth flight allowing me time to reflect on, "why am I volunteering for 2.5 weeks in a country I don't speak the language?"

Testing how this setup works outside the house. So far so good. Keyboard pretty nifty but will need time to get use to the cramped spacing. Also keeping a journal because more portable. A week to go until I am sitting in seat 44B on Delta airlines to Amsterdam...

Panic phase has set in now with 2 weeks until departure. Have I prepared enough? Have I over prepared, over thinking it. Do I need to know right now how I am going to get from the train station in Logrono to a room I have not booked yet? Do I need to book it now or a few days ahead? Will it be dark? Do I want to use my Uber app or can I if I don't plan on using my phone for data? The basics are covered with having my passport and extra copies, the necessary confirmations for flights, insurance, and volunteering, and money. For the last one, I am avoiding using my phone because one I don't want to and two i guess i am old school.
Today is Sunday my cooking day so I am going to pause here and do my cooking ritual and then back to urgent prep mode because I am sure I am forgetting something
